At Tailwaggers Tribe LTD, we offer a mix of products. Some items are sold directly by us, while others are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers through affiliate partnerships.
Because of this, our refund and returns process depends on the type of product purchased.
1. Affiliate / Third-Party Products
Some products listed on our website are fulfilled and shipped by external retailers (such as Amazon or other suppliers).
For these items:
- We do not hold or ship stock ourselves
- We cannot process returns or refunds directly
- All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be handled through the original retailer or supplier
- Each supplier has their own return policy, which we recommend reviewing before purchase
If you need help identifying the correct supplier or return process, you can contact us and we will guide you where possible.
2. Products Sold Directly by Us
For items sold and fulfilled directly by Tailwaggers Tribe LTD:
- You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in their original condition where applicable
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
- Return postage costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
